Nabatid na nakabigti na sa loob ng kanilang kubo ang Grade 11 student gamit ang nylon rope nang matagpuan ito ng pamilya.

Ang pamilya rin ang nag-alis sa dalaga sa pagkakabigti.

Ayon sa miyembro ng pamilya, posibleng problema sa pag-aaral at hindi sa pag-ibig ang rason ng kanyang pagpapakamatay.##

A MASSACRE AND NOT AN ENCOUNTER TOOK PLACE IN ANTIQUE SAYS NDF-PANAY

Press Statement of National Democratic Front in Panay Region regarding the encounter happened in between government troops and alleged New Peoples Army:

NO ENCOUNTER took place at Atabay, San Jose, Antique at midnight on August 15, 2018. It was A MASSACRE planned and executed by the criminal and fascist 301st Bde, 61st IB, Antique PMF and San Jose PNP. More blood is on the hands of the fascist mercenary military and police in Panay.

The brutal massacre of our education and propaganda staff has just reached the office of the CPP and NDF-Panay. They are legitimate personnel of the office of the CPP and NDF in Panay, they are NOT ARMED AND NON-COMBATANTS. They have been conducting researches and investigations concerning the situation of the people in different areas of Panay, not for the purpose of fighting nor to launch tactical offensives but in order to deeply and concretely study the problems and concerns of the masses in the region.

The comrades visited Antique in order to investigate problems brought forward by the people in the province such as demolition, concerns of poor and small fisherfolks, the poverty of workers and sacadas, soaring prices of commodities and expenditures while their income and sources of living decrease and dwindle.

Ka Dudi (Felix Salditos), Ka Ipoy (Eldie Labinghisa), Ka Elton (Peter Mecinas), Ka Liway (Karen Ceralvo) and Ka Mayang (Liezl Bandiola) were veterans and responsible cadres of the Party and the revolution. They gave their ripest and most productive years of their lives to the utmost service to the people and for the advancement of the revolutionary struggle in Panay. It is rather hard to accept that in one fell swoop the revolutionary movement has lost comrades full of ability, talent, intelligence and most assiduous.

Ka Bebe (Jason Talibo) and Ka Jason Sanchez were there to provide technical services to the comrades in order to facilitate their research and study of the conditions of the most backward province in Panay.

The fascist military and police are LIARS, cowards and desperate.

The first lie was that the comrades were allegedly armed and the first to fire. The truth is that the comrades were UNARMED and it was the mercenary troops who fired, sustained their fire and ceased firing when they were sure that all the comrades were dead inside the house.

Most of the blood found were inside the house showing that the comrades were not in firing position but rather the fascist criminals rushed unto the unarmed sleeping comrades and fired upon them.

The second lie was, after nine hours, they showed media and the public the alleged firearms of the people they massacred. The truth is that they planted a few arms (a grenade, a .38 revolver, one KG-9, an M203 grenade but no rifle) that even media has cited that such number could hardly sustain a 30-minute gunfight. Such that at the press conference PRO6’s Supt Bulalacao added an M14 to their planted firearms and the alibi that the one who got away took off with the M203 rifle. However, one can easily see through the yarn.

The third lie was that they intended to serve the warrant of arrest to two comrades. The truth is that their intention was to KILL anyone who was in the house. If their intention was to serve the warrant, why execute it in the middle of the night, under cover of darkness? And to think that 61st IB’s Col and to think that Magbalot and Antique PNP chief Mark Darroca had a hundred men deployed just to capture two personalities.

The fourth lie was the pronouncement of Magbalot and Bulalacao that the comrades were members of RTIG or regional taxation implementing group and were at the place in order to conduct extortion activities. The truth is that the comrades were staff personnel of the CPP and NDF for education, propaganda and research. It is such a bore and a broken record of the oft-repeated enemy claim that the NPA resort to extortion because they are starving. And adding the absurd claim that the NPA was planning to attack the San Jose PNP station.

Duterte’s fascist mercenaries have nothing to brag about in the massacre of unarmed comrades. They should be ashamed of their cowardly and desperate murder of people who could not fight back. This is their retaliation to the military actions of the NPA the past months where the 61st IB and CAFGU suffered casualties. In desperation they pounce upon the unarmed, like the more than 20,000 civilians they have murdered in the name of Tokhang.

True to the orders of their blood-thirsty commander in chief, they have violated with intent and cowardice the rules of war in the Geneva Conventions and CARHRIHL on the prohibition of violence against civilians and unarmed persons. These agreements were signed by the government of the Philippines in 1949, 1977 and the CARHRIHL on August 7, 1998. This just shows the mercenary, cowardly and terrorist orientation of the military and police under their number one terrorist commander.

On the contrary, unlike the fascist troops who conceal their casualties we are proudest to acknowledge and claim Ka Dudi, Ipoy, Elton, Liway, Mayang, Bebe and Jason. We boast of them as among the best sons and daughters of our motherland. We are proud of their productive work and contribution to revolutionary education, propaganda, culture and research. They were smart and diligent comrades who shared their learning and knowledge to the younger generation of revolutionaries. They gave color, music, energy and life to revolutionary propaganda and culture for the exploited and oppressed, for genuine freedom, justice and peace.

Our grief will not end in merely shedding tears. What our revolutionary martyrs would have wanted is to show our grief transformed into courage by bravely raising our fists and shouting out loud to carry on the revolutionary struggle! We salute you beloved comrades!

The blood on the fascists’ hands will never be forgotten.

AKLANON INTERNATIONAL DANCER PINURI NG SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN

Isang Aklanon ang pinapurian ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Aklan dahil sa kahusayan sa pagsayaw sa mga internasyonal na kompetisyon.

Si Mr. Sergio Machon Jr. ng Calangcang, Makato ay humakot na ng mga parangal sa mga internasyonal na patimpalak sa larangan ng dance sports.

Matagumpay rin niyang naipasa ang prestihiyosong International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) examination. Ang IDTA ay isang international association ng mga professional dance teacher sa Great Britain.

Kamakailan lang ay nag-champion rin siya sa Kluang Dance Championship sa Malaysia at Latin Championship sa Singapore.

Iginawad ng Sanggunian ang resolusyon ng komendasyon sa kanya nito lang Lunes sa gitna ng kanilang regular session. Ito ay inakdaan ni SP member Jay Tejada.

Malugod niya itong tinanggap ng may pasasalamat. Umaasa siya na magsilbi itong inspirasyon sa lahat lalo na sa mga Aklanon.##

AKTIBONG RIFLE GRENADE NATAGPUAN SA BAYAN NG MAKATO

Ayon sa report ng Makato PNP, ang rifle grenade ay natagpuan ng chief tanod na si Vergelio Santiago na siya ring nagreport sa kapulisan.

Natagpuan ito sa kaniyugan sa nasabing lugar. Nirekober ng Explosive Ordnance Division (EOD) ng kapulisan ang pampasabog.

Kinakalawang na ang rifle grenade indikasyon umano na ilang linggo na itong naroroon sa kaniyugan habang palaisipan pa kung papaano ito napunta roon.

Ayon kay SPO4 Venjie Repedro ng EOD, nasa pangangalaga na nila ang naturang pampasabog at nakatakdang i-dispose.##

Sa Aklan sinabi ni PCInsp. Bernard Ufano, hepe ng Provincial Intelligence Branch, na nakaalerto na ang kapulisan rito sa posibleng paghihiganti ng kabilang grupo.

Aniya, bagaman insurgency free ang probinsiya may mga namamataan umanong mga armadong grupo na dumaraan sa Aklan sa mga nakaraang buwan lalo aniya na ang probinsiya ay nasa boundary ng Capiz, Antique at Iloilo.

Posibleng kabilang umano rito ang grupo ni Karen Ceralvo alias “Liway” at Liezel Bandiola alias “Mayang” na pawang mga taga-Aklan na kabilang sa pitong naiulat na napatay sa engkwentro sa Antique.

Inatasan na umano ang mga kapulisan na bitbitin lagi ang kanilang mga armas at pinasisiguro bago rumesponde sa mga liblib na lugar para hindi malinlang ng kalaban.

Nananawagan rin siya sa komunidad na maging mapagmatyag at agad ireport sa mga otoridad ang mga kahinahinalang tao sa kanilang mga lugar.##

Sugatan ang driver nito na si Enrique Riego, 46-anyos ng Brgy. Aslum, Ibajay. Sugatan din ang tatlo niyang mga sakay.

Kinilala ang mga ito na sina Aaron Yves, 20, ng Bugtong-Bato, Ibajay; Gj Requillo, 16, ng Libtong Estancia; at Jonathan Dela Cruz, 17, ng Poblacion, Ibajay.

Sa imbestigasyon ng kapulisan, mabilis ang takbo ng kotse na patungo sanang Poblacion, Ibajay nang bumangga ito sa railing, bumaliktad at tumilapon ng 15 metro.

Agad silang isinugod sa district hospital ng Ibajay at matapos magamot ay idineklara rin lahat na outpatient.##

BIYAHE NG ILANG BANGKA SA NABAS PINATITIGIL NG COASTGUARD

Kasunod ng pagsara ng bahagi ng national highway sa Tulingon, Nabas ilang bangka na ang sinamantala ang pagbyahe bilang alternatibong paraan ng transportasyon.

Pero sinabi ni Lt. Com. Joe Luvis Mercurio ng Philippine Coastguard - Aklan na for safety reason ay hindi ito pinapayagan maliban nalang kung mayroon na silang special permit mula sa Marina.

Dalawang motorbancas sa araw ng Huwebes ang binigyan nila ng violation report at binalaan na ihinto ang ferrying activities. "They were given stern warning. Same future violations will result to more severe legal actions," giit niya.

"Hopefully po mag cooperate sana sila at maintindihan na we are doing our functions hindi para pahirapan sila kundi for safety and security reasons po," paliwanag ni Mercurio.

"Rest assured na kapag may mga kaukulang dukomento na sila para makapagbyahe ng Nabas area ay magpapadala po kami nang mga tao sa area para i-assist cla at mabigyan ng clearance," dagdag pa niya.

Nabatid na may mga ilang maliliit na bangka ang nagpapasakay ng pasahero mula Gibon hanggang Unidos o vice versa sa bayan ng Nabas kapalit ng umano'y Php30 hanggang Php50 na pamasahe.

Nagbigti, patay ang 18-anyos na lalaki sa Barangay Naligusan, Ibajay, Aklan.

Kinilala ang biktima sa pangalang Bryan Etac Gaira, Grade 12, residente rin ng nabanggit na lugar.

Natagpuang patay at nakabigti sa loob ng bahay ang biktima bandang alas singko na ng hapon.

Sa imbestigasyon ng Pulisya lumalabas na bago ang pagbigti,nag-usap pa raw sila ng kanyang tatay at lola tungkol sa tuition nito.

Mukhang nagtampo raw ito at na misinterpret ang sinabi ng ama.

Pagkatapos ay sinabi raw ng biktima na wag ng dagdagan ang kanyang problema, dahil marami na raw itong pinuproblema.

Pagkatapos raw na mapaliwangan ay naging maayos naman ang pagtanggap nito.

Pagkatapos ay naiwan sa bahay ang biktima dahil may pinuntahan ang lola at tatay nito.

Pagbalik ng lola, nakabigti na ang biktima.##

MAGLIVE-IN NA MGA MIYEMBRO NG SALISI ARESTADO SA IBAJAY

ARESTADO ANG umano'y maglive-in sa bayan ng Ibajay hapon ng Miyerkules matapos pagnakawan ang isang sari-sari store sa Brgy. Regador.

Kinilala ng Ibajay PNP ang mga suspek na sina Ritchie Ramos, 32-anyos, at Stephanie Gabayuren, 26, pawang mga taga-Antique.

Pumasok umano ang dalawa sa sari-sari store kunwari bibili ng soft drinks pero naaktuhan ng bantay ang babae na dinudukot ang pera sa counter.

Ang tindahan ay pagmamay-ari ni Joan Cobrador. Tinatayang nasa Php5,000 ang natangay na pera.
Mabilis umanong nakatakas ang babae sakay ng motorsiklo habang ang lalaki ay agad naaresto ng mga residente sa lugar.

Kalaunan ay nahuli rin ang babae sa Brgy. Poblacion sa parehong bayan sa follow-up operation. Nasabat sa kanya ang motorsiklo, cellphone, bag at pera na mahigit Php1,000.

Sinampahan na ng kasong theft ang dalawa at nakakulong na ngayon sa Aklan Rehabilitation Center. Php3,000 ang piyansang itinakda sa bawat isa sa kanila.##

Sa imbestigasyon ng PNP, patungong New washington ang dalawa nang makabanggaan ang isang Suzuki motorcycle na minamaneho ni Aile Mae Retoran y Repolito, 26-anyos na taga-Paraiso Road, Linabuan Sur, Banga, Aklan.

Lumiko raw ito mula sa R. Quimpo St. patungo sa Jaime Cardinal Sin Avenue kung saan nakabanggaan si Fernandez.

Naisugod naman agad sa ospital ang mga biktima.

TRICYCLE NAHULOG SA PALAYAN SA BAYAN NG MADALAG, 11 SUGATAN

LABING-ISA ANG sugatan sa bayan ng Madalag tanghali ngayong Miyerkules makaraang mahulog ang sinasakyan nilang tricycle sa isang matarik na bahagi sa Brgy. Paningayan.

Ayon sa ulat ng Madalag PNP, galing umano sa Madalag National Highschool ang mga sakay ng tricycle na pawang mga estudyante kabilang na ang driver at maliban sa isa.

Dadalo sana sa compli año sa Brgy. Napnot ang mga ito nang pagdating sa kurbada at pababang bahagi ng kalsada ay nawalan umano ng kontrol ang driver.

Sinabi pa umano ng 17-anyos na driver na sinubukan niyang magpreno pero hindi umano ito kumagat dahilan para mahulog sila sa tinatayang 10 metro ang taas.

Bumaliktad ang tricyle at dumiretso sa palayan. Nagtamo ng sugat sa iba-ibang bahagi ng katawan ang mga sakay at ang ilan ay isinugod sa provincial hospital at dalawa sa kanila ang nai-confine dito.

Nagkasundo na ang pamilya ng mga menor de edad na ayusin ang nasabing problema.##

The following is a statement released by PCSupt. John Bulalacao, regional director of Philippine National Police, regarding the encounter between members of PNP and alleged members of New Peoples Army:

Just this morning at around 12:10AM, August 15, 2018,  combined elements of San Jose Municipal Police Station led by PSUPT MARK DARROCA, Antique Provincial Mobile Force Company led by PCINSP FRANCISCO PAGUIA JR and 301st Brigade Intelligence Task Group led by 1LT LABRADOR, while serving Warrant of Arrest (WOA) to Joven Ceralvo alias “Ka Lex” and Jason Talibo alias “Bebe” for the crime of Frustrated Murder, has encountered  personalities who belong to the Regional Taxation Implementing Group (RTIG) of Komiteng Rehiyon Panay (KRP) of the CPP-NPA-NDF at Barangay Atabay, San Jose, Antique.

Killed during the encounter were  Jason Talibo y Estopido alias “Bebe”, 27 years old (DOB: Oct 21, 1990) of Indalayon, Igbaras, Iloilo (subject of WOA) identified as finance officer of Southern Front of KRP;  Karen Ceralvo y Cagampang alias “Liway”, 41 years old (DOB: March 3, 1977) of Viscara Subd, Kalibo, Aklan, identified as the the educational training staff and member of the RTIG;  Felix Salditos y Velasco, 60 years old (DOB: Oct 12, 1958) of Ilog, Negros Occidental also a member of the group; Jason Sanchez y Tagurda, 28 years old (DOB:  June 18, 1990) of Igtuble, Tubungan, Iloilo identified as Assistant Finance Officer of Southern Front Committee;  Rene Yap y Agustin, 60 years old (DOB: Dec 17, 1957) of Pob. Leganes, Iloilo also a member of RTIG; Liezel Badiola alias “Mayang” of Nabas, Aklan identified as Cultural Staff of RTIG and political officer of Southern Front, KRP and one (1) unidentified male person. On the other hand, Joven Ceralvo Alias “Ka Lex” who is one of the subjects of the Warrant of Arrest was able to escape along with others and is now at large. Continuous manhunt operations in pursuit of the personalities who fled from the encounter was launched by the PNP and AFP to determine their whereabouts.

Recovered pieces of evidence were three (3) hand grenades; two (2) 40mm ammo, two (2) rifle grenade, one (1) Homemade single shot shotgun, two (2) homemade .38, one (1) homemade KJ9, three (3) magazines of KJ9, two (2) empty magazine of unknown FA, two (2) Laptops (apple mac book pro, lenovo), one (1) netbook (emachine), twenty-two (22) analog cellphones, seven (7) android cellphone, five (5) tablets, one (1) Canon DSLR camera, five (5) pcs canon DSLR spare batteries, two (2) pocket wifi, one (1) powerbank, three (3) SD cards, one (1) USB, twenty-two (22) assorted sim cards, three (3) transistor radios, four (4) disposable lighters, four (4) watches, fourteen (14) assorted cellphone charger, four (4) headsets, one (1) keyboard,  Assorted wires, one (1) bolo, one (1) black Honda XR150, Personal IDs, Extortion Letters (with Napoleon Tumagtang Command, Southern Front, KRP), Personal Notebooks, List of Persons and companies being extorted, Bank books and ATM Cards along with Assorted Medicines, White envelop (used for extortion letters), Cash amounting to 34,601.00 and eight (8) Backpacks. These recovered items are now in the custody of San Jose Municipal Police Station.

The group was monitored in the area by the intelligence personnel three weeks ago and based on information received by intelligence community, the group is plotting more extortion activities in San Jose, Antique.
The government is serious in its fight against crimes and illegal drugs and in ensuring a peaceful community. We will not allow therefore the NPAs to engage in extortion activities under the guise of collecting revolutionary taxes. There is only one legitimate government and that is the Philippine Government. No one is above the law and those who transgress the law shall face the bar of justice.

In this case, they decided to put up a fight thus our operatives have no recourse but to defend themselves resulting in the death of the alleged NPAs. With this accomplishment, I require all police stations within my AOR to beef up their security and prevent the NPAs from launching attacks in retaliation following this accomplishment. The PNP will use its resources to defend the communities particularly the remote municipalities and business owners who are continuously victimized through extortion activities by this group.

The extortion letters, firearms, money and various items recovered from this group is a big proof that the NPAs are continuously engaged in criminal activities.

There is only one legitimate government and that is the Philippine Government. No one is above the law and those who transgress the law shall face the bar of justice.

In this case, they decided to put up a fight thus our operatives have no recourse but to defend themselves resulting in the death of the alleged NPAs. With this accomplishment, I require all police stations within my AOR to beef up their security and prevent the NPAs from launching attacks in retaliation following this accomplishment. 4) Jason Sanchez y Tagurda, 28 years old (DOB: June 18, 1990) of Igtuble, Tubungan, Iloilo identified as Assistant Finance Officer of Southern Front Committee;

5) Rene Yap y Agustin, 60 years old (DOB: Dec 17, 1957) of Pob. Leganes, Iloilo also a member of RTIG;
6) Liezel Badiola alias “Mayang” of Nabas, Aklan identified as Cultural Staff of RTIG and political officer of Southern Front, KRP and

PITONG MIYEMBRO NG NPA PATAY SA ENGKWENTRO SA ANTIQUE

Patay ang pitong hinihinalang miyembro ng New People’s Army (NPA) makaraang makasagupa ang mga pulis sa lalawigan ng Antique.

Ayon sa San Jose Municipal Police Station, naganap ang sagupaan pasado alas 12:00 ng madaling araw ng Miyerkules sa Purok 7 sa Barangay Atabay bayan ng San Jose.

Inabot umano ng isang oras ang bakbakan na ikinasawi ng pitong rebelde.

Wala namang nadamay na sibilyan o mga residente sa sagupaan.

Ayon sa mga otoridad, isisilbi ng mga pulis ang warrant of arrest sa dalawang suspek sa kasong frustrated murder pero nanlaban ang mga ito na pinagmulan na ng engkwentro.

DALAWANG GRANADA NATAGPUAN NG NAGPAPASTOL NG BAKA SA BAYAN NG IBAJAY

Dalawang aktibong granada ang natagpuan sa Brgy. San Isidro, Ibajay umaga ng Martes.

Ayon sa report ng Ibajay PNP, ang mga granada na nakasilid sa isang bag ay unang nakita ng isang nagpapastol ng baka.

Kuwento ni Tonny Batoy, maglilipat umano siya ng baka nang matagpuan niya ang nasabing sling bag.

Nang usisain ng rumespondeng mga miyembro ng Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) ng Philippine Army, ang mga granada ay pawang mga aktibong hand grenade.

Ang mga ito ay MK2 grenade at PRKB423 grenade.

Minabuting i-dispose ng mga otoridad ang nasabing granada doon. Patuloy pa ang imbestigasyon sa insidente.

RELOCATION SITE PARA SA MGA ILLEGAL SETTLERS SA BORACAY IHINAHANDA NA

Tinukoy na ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) ang napiling relocation site para sa mga illegal wetland settlers sa Boracay.

Ayon kay DENR Undersecretay for Policy, Planning and International Affairs Jonas Leones, inihahanda na nila ang paglilipatan ng mga illegal settlers sa Caticlan.

Kabilang sa kanilang preparasyon ang pagpapatayo ng mga bahay o paglalagay ng temporary tents na pansamantalang titirhan ng mga pamilya.

Paglilinaw ng opisyal, hindi nila pupwersahing agad na umalis ang mga residente sa mga wetlands dahil aminado siyang kailangan muna ng maayos na paglilipatan ng mga ito.

Ayon pa kay Leones, nag-offer ang Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) ng holding area para sa mga handa nang umalis sa kanilang mga bahay sa wetlands.

Aniya, kumakausap na rin sila ng mga kumpanyang handang tumulong sa rehabilitasyon ng mga wetlands bilang bahagi ng kanilang corporate social responsibility.

Kabilang sa kanilang gagawin ang paglilinis, rehabilitasyon, at pag-secure sa mga wetlands.

NAWAWALANG LALAKI SA BAYAN NG BATAN, NATAGPUANG PATAY SA ILOG

Isang lalaki ang natagpuang patay umaga ng Martes sa isang ilog sa Brgy. Lupit, Batan.

Ang biktima ay nakilala kalaunan na si Raymund Berico ng Man-up, Batan na una nang naiulat sa Batan Municipal Police Station na nawawala noon pang Linggo ng gabi.

Unang nakita ni Alejandro dela Cruz ang nasabing bangkay habang nanghuhuli ito ng mga alimango.

Nakitaan ng sugat sa kanyang batok ang biktima na pinaniniwalaang hinampas ng matigas na bagay. Nakalabas din ang dila nito at nakataas ang mga kamay.

Nabatid na ang biktima ay nanghuhuli ng mga talangka o "kaeas-kaeas" noong Linggo kasama si Mark Anthony Talaga alyas Macmac sa palaisdaan nang mawala ito.

Ayon kay Macmac, habang nasa pala-isdaan sila ay pinaputukan umano sila ng baril dahilan para kumaripas ito nang takbo at magsumbong sa pamilya.

Naiwan ang biktima sa lugar. Binalikan di umano ito ni Macmac kasama ang ama doon sa lugar pero hindi ito nakita.

Binawi rin ni Macmac ang kanyang unang pahayag. Sa kabila nito siya at ang kanyang ama ay persons of interest ngayon at nasa pangangalaga na ng kapulisan.

ANUMANG CASINO HINDI PAPAYAGANG MAG-OPERATE SA BORACAY

Tiniyak ni Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat na hindi papayagang mag-operate sa isla ng Boracay ang anumang casino oras na ito ay muling buksan sa publiko.

Ito ang naging bahagi ng talumpati ng kalihim sa isang business forum na ginawa sa World Trade Center sa Pasay City.

Ayon kay Puyat, ang kanyang naging pahayag ay kasunod na rin ng direktiba ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na panatilihing casino-free ang Boracay.

Dagdag pa ni Puyat, inatasan rin ng pangulo ang DOT na ipasara ang mga casino na nakatayo sa isla.

Inaasahan na muling bubuksan para sa publiko at mga turista ang Boracay sa October 26 matapos itong ipasara upang malinis at ma-rehabilitate.

LALAKI SA BALETE PATAY MATAPOS BUMANGGA ANG MOTORSIKLO SA PADER

Patay ang isang lalaki sa bayan ng Balete matapos bumangga sa pader ang minamaneho niyang motorsiklo.

Kinilala sa report ng kapulisan ang biktima na si Judy Gumban y Villanueva, 51-anyos, residente ng Brgy. Feliciano sa nasabing bayan.

Ayon sa imbestigasyon ng kapulisan, binabaybay ng biktima ang kahabaan ng kalsada sa nasabing barangay nang mawalan ito ng kontrol sa minamanehong motorsiklo.

Bumangga sa pader ang biktima at tumilapon sa kalsada. Nagtamo umano ito ng malubhang sugat sa ulo.

Mabilis na isinugod ng rumespondeng kapulisan ang biktima sa Aklan provincial hospital pero di na umano ito umabot pa ng buhay sa ospital.

Arestado ang guwardiya na ito matapos ireklamo ng isang estudyante ng panununtok sa loob ng isang mall sa Kalibo.

Kinilala ang suspek na si Rey Samillano, residente ng Brgy. Andagao, Kalibo.

Nagtamo ng sugat sa mukha ang biktima na si Jeffrey Andrade, 23-anyos, residente ng Bakhaw Norte.

Katwiran ng estudyante naghang ang nasabing machine at nainip siya kaya niya ito pinalo.

Sinita umano siya ng guwardiya at nagkaroon sila ng mainitang pagtatalo at sinuntok siya ng guwardiya.

Isasara na sa lahat ng uri ng sasakyan ang bahagi ng national highway sa Tulingon, Nabas simula Miyerkules, Agosto 15.

Sumuko na sa PNP ang suspek sa pananaksak sa isang fish vendor sa Kalibo Public Market kahapon.

Kinilala ang biktima sa pangalang Bryan Florencio, alyas "Bryan Anghit", 32-anyos, tubong Balete, Aklan.

Kinilala naman ang suspek sa pangalang Anthony Roma, 42-anyos, residente ng Toting Reyes St., Kalibo, Aklan.

Sa imbestigasyon ng PNP, nakatayo raw sa loob ng Kalibo Public market ang biktima nang lapitan ito ng suspek, hinawakan sa balikat, sabay saksak.

Matapos ang insidente, tumakbo palabas ng palengke ang suspek.

Isinugod naman agad sa hospital ang biktima.

Nagtamo ito ng sugat sa tiyan at kasalukuyang ginagamot sa Aklan Mission Hospital.

Sa pahayag ng suspek, nag-ugat ang kanyang galit sa biktima dahil kinaibigan nito ang kanyang 12-anyos na anak na babae at tinuruan raw na mag-bisyo.
