PCSupt. Bulalacao relieves all Anilao PNP personnel for some violations

PRO6 Statement on Alleged Breach of Discipline of Personnel of Anilao MPS:

This pertains to the surprise inspection conducted by NAPOLCOM Regional Office 6 to Anilao MPS early morning yesterday, December 6, 2018,  where personnel of said police station were found to have violated the rules and regulations of the PNP. Violations noted were: no duty sentinel was on post during inspection and personnel were caught sleeping during their tour of duty. 

In answer to the findings of NAPOLCOM Regional Office 6, PCSUPT JOHN C BULALACAO ordered for the immediate relief of all personnel of Anilao MPS for the alleged misconduct, including their Chief of Police, Police Senior Inspector Menrico Candaliza. They are now temporarily assigned with the Personnel Holding Administrative Unit (PHAU) of Iloilo Police Provincial Office while they face investigation. 

Anilao Municipal Police Station will have its new Chief of Police in the person of Police Chief Inspector Ciriaco Esquiliarga. According to Police Senior Superintendent Marlon Tayaba, the Provincial Director of Iloilo Police Provincial Office they already issued orders for the replacement of the relieved personnel of Anilao MPS. 

Meanwhile, the Regional Personnel and Human Resource Development Division will conduct Focused Reformation Orientation and Morale Enhancement (FORM) for Police Officers which will open on Monday, December 10, 2018, where the relieved erring personnel of Anilao Police Station are expected to be participants. The 7-day inhouse training is in line with the internal cleansing efforts of the PNP. 

Police Regional Office 6 do not tolerate the laxity and misbehavior of its personnel. Police Chief Superintendent John C. Bulalacao is constantly reminding his personnel to abide by the rules and regulations of the PNP in his talks and inspections in all police stations region wide. The relief of all personnel of Anilao MPS will serve as a lesson to other personnel of Police Regional Office 6 to religiously comply with their duties and responsibilities as police officers.
