Lumabas sa imbestigasyon ng Pandan PNP na walang katotohanan ang bali-balitang tinangkang kidnappin ang tatlong bata na nag-aaral sa Nauring Elementary School sa Brgy. Nauring, Pandan, Antique umaga ng Miyerkules.
Narito ang statement na inilabas ng Pandan PNP sa kanilang FB post kasunod ng kanilang pagsisiyasat:
This pertains to the alleged "Abduction Incident" posted in Facebook yesterday January 16, 2019 allegedly transpired at municipality of Pandan, Antique. Investigation revealed that the post is not true and was just a result of misunderstanding between the children and their aunt. Investigators of Pandan MPS met with the involved individuals today and confirmed that news has no basis at all.
Kaugnay rito nanawagan ang kapulisan na ibahagi ang impormasyong ito sa buong nasasakupan ng Pandan.##
